본 발명은 CD 디스크의 회전 속도를 가/감시키는 경우 영상과 음성의 언바란스를 매칭시켜 주기 위한 영상 및 음성 신호의 속도/음정 조정 방법에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
