Abstract

밸브스템의 축방향으로 가해지는 압축압력의 전달성을 향상시키고 그 압축압력에 따른 크러쉬현상이 방지되도록 그 구조가 개량된 밸브패킹조립체에 대해 개시한다. 이 밸브패킹조립체는 각 외주면이 밸브몸체(100)에 접촉되고 각 내주면에 밸브스템(110)이 회전가능하게 수용되며 상호 압착결합되어 반경방향으로 팽창가능한 제1,2패킹부재(210,220)와; 그 제1,2패킹부재(210,220)의 내부에 수용되며 탄성 변형 가능한 탄성부재(400)와; 제1,2패킹부재(210,220) 사이에 상호 압착결합되는 복수개의 보조패킹부재(230)와; 제1,2패킹부재(210,220)의 각 단면에 결합되는 제1,2메탈캡(310,320)을 포함하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 그 외주면이 밸브몸체에 접촉되고 그 내주면에 밸브스템이 회전가능하게 수용되며 반경방향으로 팽창가능한 패킹부재와; 상기 패킹부재의 양단면에 일체 성형되는 제1,2메탈캡을 포함하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는밸브패킹조립체.
  2. 각 외주면이 밸브몸체에 접촉되고 각 내주면에 밸브스템이 회전가능하게 수용되며 상호 압착결합되는 제1,2패킹부재와; 상기 압착결합되는 제1,2패킹부재의 각 외측 단면에 각각 일체 성형되는 제1,2메탈캡을 포함하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브패킹조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1,2패킹부재의 사이에 상호 압착결합되는 적어도 하나의 보조패킹부재가 더 구비되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브패킹조립체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1,2패킹부재는 보조패킹부재의 밀도보다 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브패킹조립체.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인접되어 압착결합되는 패킹부재간에 소정공간의 틈새부를 갖도록 소정각도의 경사면이 형성되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브패킹조립체.
