Abstract
변속장치용 동기화 장치는 클러치슬리브와 연결기의 로킹코그에 부합되도록 그 외주변상에 날이 세워진 깊게 후퇴된 판영역으로써 형성되는 외부 동기화 링을 포함한다. 외부 동기화 링은 그 중간 영역에 원뿔형 마찰면을 그리고 깊게 후퇴된 바닥영역에 있는 그 내주변상에 로킹탭을 갖는다. 로킹탭은 동기장치의 외주로부터 방사상으로 안쪽으로 뻗고 방사상으로 바깥쪽으로 열리는 맞물림 요홈을 갖는다. 외부 동기화 링의 정확한 치수와 단순한 제조 덕분에 예전에는 비용으로 인해 회피되던 많은 용도에도 동기화 장치가 사용가능하게 된다.The synchronizing device for the transmission includes an outer synchronizing ring formed as a deeply retracted plate area that is blunt at its outer periphery to conform to the locking sleeve of the clutch sleeve and the coupler.
