Abstract

본 발명에 의한 스크롤 압축기의 역류방지장치는 토출포트를 통한 냉매가 역지변을 지나 밸브하우징을 통과 하도록 한 스크롤 압축기에 있어서, 상기 역지변과 접하는 밸브하우징이나, 혹은 밸브하우징에 접하는 역지변에 접착방지돌기를 형성함으로써, 역지변 구조에서의 역지변과 밸브 하우징의 시토퍼부 사이의 면접촉부에 오일이 작용하여 그 점도의 영향으로 압축기 운전정지시 고,저압 분리판 토출공을 폐쇄하는 시간이 지연이 되어 압축실내에 토출된 가스가 유입되게 되어 선회스크롤의 역회전에 의한 소음발생과 고정, 선회스크롤 랩 접촉에 의한 파손을 미연에 방지하도록 하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 토출포트를 통한 냉매가 역지변을 지나 밸브하우징을 통과하도록 한 스크롤 압축기에 있어서, 상기 역지변과 접하는 밸브하우증에 접착방지돌기를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 역류방지장치.
  2. 토출포트를 통한 냉매가 역지변을 지나 밸브하우징을 통과하도록 한 스크롤 압축기에 있어서, 상기 밸브하우징과 접한 역지변에 접착방지돌기를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 역류방지장치.
