Abstract

본 발명은 미생물을 이용하여 아크릴아미드를 제조함에 있어 기질인 아크릴로니트릴을 0.2-2.0%로 조절함과 동시에 반응온도를 20-25℃로 조정함으로써, 보다 빠른 시간 내에 그리고 아크릴산의 생성을 최소하여 경제 적으로 아크릴아미드를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 니트릴 히드라타제 활성을 갖는 미생물을 이용하여 아크릴로니트릴으로부터 아크릴아미드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 로도크로스 로도코커스(Rhochrous rhodococcus) M33 (IBFM에 VKM Ac 1515D로 기탁)이고, 상기 반응을 20-25℃의 온도에서 아크릴로니트릴의 투입농도를 0.2-2.0%로 조절하여 실시함으로써 최종 반응액 중의 아크릴산의 농도를 약 600ppm이하로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴아미드의 제조 방법.
