Abstract
본 발명은 초산과 과잉 부탄올로부터 초산부틸을 제조하고, 잉여 부탄올에 대하여 유기산무수물을 첨가하여 효율적으로 초산부틸을 분리회수하고 유기산부틸에스케르를 병산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 초산의 과잉사용에 따른 장치의 부식문제, 부탄올 과잉에 따른 비점이 비슷한 공비혼합물의 분리문제등이 있다.
본 발명은 초산과 부탄올의 에스테르화 반응을 통하여 초산부틸을 제조하고 반응계내의 공비혼합물의 부탄올을 유기산무수물과 반응시켜 유기산부틸에스테르를 변환시키므로서, 종래법보다 생산효율이 높은 방법으로 초산부틸을 회수하고, 또한 산업적으로 유용한 유기산부틸에스테르를 동시에 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 초산과 부탄올을 에스테르 반응으로 초산부틸을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 초산에 대하여 과잉의 부탄올을 반응시켜 초산부틸을 합성하고, 잉여의 부탄올을 함유하고 있는 반응혼합물에 지방족 또는 방향족 유기산무수물을 가하여 상기한 잉여의 부탄올과 유기산 무수물의 에스테르 반응으로 유기산부틸에스테르를 합성하는 초산부틸과 유기산부틸에스테르의 병산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지방족 유기산 무수물이 무수말레인산, 무수시트라콘산인 초산부틸과 유기산부틸에스테르의 병산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 방향족 유기산 무수물이 무수프탈산, 무수피로메리트산인 초산부틸과 유기산부틸에스테르의 병산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지방족 유기산 무수물이 무수초산이고 유기산부틸에스테르가 초산부틸인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
