Abstract
본 발명은, 밑바닥부의 탱크에 흡수제 슬러리가 저류되는 흡수탑과, 상기한 탱크 내의 슬러리를 흡수탑 상부의 배연도입부에 보내어 배연과 접촉시키기 위한 순환펌프를 구비하며, 상기한 배연 중의 아황산가스를 상기한 흡수제 슬러리에 의해 흡수제거하는 습식 배연 탈황장치에 있어서, 상기한 흡수탑의 탱크의 측부에, 하단이 흡수제 슬러리의 액면 아래까지 신장하는 격벽에 의해 배연의 유통부에 대하여 구획된 슬러리 조제실을 설치하며, 이 슬러리 조제실에 상기한 흡수제 슬러리를 구성하는 흡수제와 물을 직접 투입하는 구성으로 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 배연 탈황장치를 제공한다. 이에 의해서, 흡수제의 공급계를 개량하여, 설비를 대폭 간소화 한다.

제2도는 본 발명의 한 예인 습식 배연 탈황장치의 주요구성을 표시하는 측면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 밑바닥부의 탱크에 흡수제 슬러리가 저류되는 흡수탑과, 상기한 탱크 내의 슬러리를 흡수탑 상부의 배연 도입부로 이송하여 배연과 접촉시키기 위한 순환펌프, 상기한 흡수탑의 탱크의 측부에, 하단이 흡수제 슬러리의 액면 아래까지 신장하는 격벽제 의해 배연의 유통부에 대하여 구획된 슬러리 조제실을 포함하며, 이 슬러리 조제실에 상기한 흡수제 슬러리를 구성하는 흡수제와 물을 직접 투입하는 구성으로 이루어지는, 상기한 흡수제 슬러리에 의해 흡수 제거하는 습식 배연 탈황장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 슬러리 조제실의 상부에, 상단의 개구가 개방된 가스배출 파이프를 설치한, 습식 배연 탈황장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 슬러리 조제실 내에, 상기한 흡수제 슬러리를 구성하는 물을 분사하는 노즐을 설치한, 습식 배연 탈황장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 노즐의 분사방향을, 상기한 슬러리 조제실의 안쪽면을 따르는 방향으로 설정한 습식 배연 탈황장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
