Abstract

본 발명은 가스밸브 자동개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 가스누출시 경보를 행하고, 가스밸브를 자동폐쇄하거나 타이머 기능을 사용하여 시간설정에 따라 설정시간 종료시 경보를 행하고, 가스밸브를 자동폐쇄하도록 되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 적외선 감지센서에 의한 인체감지기능에 의하여 일정시간 동안 인체무감지시경보를 행하고, 가스밸브를 자동폐쇄하도록 함으로서 사용자가 편리할 뿐만 아니라 경제적으로 유리한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 가스를 공급 및 차단할 수 있도록 조절봉(11)이 형성된 가스밸브(V)와, 이 가스밸브(V)를 지지하기 위하여 중앙에 고정홈(21)을 형성한 제1브라켓트(23) 및 이 제1브라켓트(23)와 대응지게 중앙에 고정홈(24)을 형성함과 동시에 상기 고정홈(24)에는 가스밸브(V)의 조정봉(11)이 삽입되어 관통되게 관통공(25)을 형성한 제2브라켓트(27)로 구성한 브라켓트(20)와, 상기 제2브라켓트(27)의 전면에 고정되고, 상기 관통공(25)과 일치되는 관통공(31)을 형성하며, 상부에는 장방형의 구멍(32)과 그 외측으로 결합홈(33)을 형성하여 투명커버(34)를 결합할 수 있게 하고, 내측에 형성되는 돌출부(36)의 일측으로 닫힘 및 열림리미트스위치(S5)(S6)를 설치한 케이스(30)와, 상기 가스밸브(V)의 조정봉(11)에는 아답터(41) 및 작동봉(42)이 삽입되고, 이 작동봉(42)의 하부에는 상기 닫힘 및 열림리미트스위치(S5)(S6)의 작동부(42a)를, 상부에는 수동조작을 위한 손잡이부(42b)를 형성하고, 일측으로 상기 돌출부(36)에 고정되는 구동모터(M)의 모터축(43)을 상기 작동봉(42)의 삽입홈(45)에 삽입하여 고정시킨 구동수단(40)과, 상기 케이스(30)의 전면에 삽입고정되고, 상부에는 가스밸브(V)의 열림 및 닫힘의 표시램프(L2)(L1), 타이머기능 확인용 램프(52) 및 현재시간을 표시하는 표시부(53)를, 중간에는 적외선 감지센서(73)를, 하부에는 스위치부(54)를 설치한 전면커버(50)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스밸브 자동개폐장치.
  2. 전원부(60)와, 이 전원부(60)에서 출력되는 교류전압을 다운시키는 파워트 랜스(PT)와, 상기 파워트랜스(PT)의 2차측에서 출력되는 소정의 교류전압을 다이오드(D1-D4) 및 콘덴서(C1)에 의해 소정의 직류전압으로 정류시키는 정류부(70)와, 상기 정류부(70)의 출력전압을 각부에 일정전압이 인가되도록 하는 전원안정부(75)와, 가스밸브(V)의 닫힘스위치(S2), 스톱스위치(S3), 모든 동작을 취소할 수 있는 취소스위치(S4) 및 사용시간을 셋팅할 수 있는 타이머 셋팅 스위치(S7)로 구성되는 스위치부(54)와, 상기 스위치부(54)의 스위칭동작을 입력 받아 변환을 행하는 변환부(76)와, 이 변환부(76)의 출력신호에 의하여 제어를 행하고, 인체감지를 행하는 적외선 감지센서(73)의 출력신호를 입력받아 제어동작을 행하는 제어부(80)와, 상기 제어부(80)의 출력신호에 의하여 현재시간, 스톱워치 및 타이머를 표시하는 표시부(51)와, 상기 제어부(80)의 출력신호에 의하여 경보를 발하도록 트랜지스터(Q1) 및 부저(B)로 구성한 경보부(81)와, 열림스위치(S1)와 상기 제어부(80) 및 가스노출센서(74)의 출력에 의하여 모터(M)를 구동시키도록 트랜지스터(Q2) 및 릴레이(R1)(R2)의 동작에 따라 가스밸브(V)의 열림을 정지시킬 수 있는 열림리미트스위치(S6)와 가스밸브(V)의 닫힘을 정지시킬 수 있는 닫힘리미트스위치(S5)로 구성된 모터구동부(90)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스밸브 자동개폐장치.
