(A) 다작용성 아크릴레이트, (B) 화학식(1)의 알콕시작용성 유기금속 화합물 및 (C) 트리알콕시아미노실란으로부터 제형화된 실온, 수분-경화성 내마모성 도료가 기술되어 있다.

M은 Ti 및 Si 원자로부터 선택된다.
(C) 대 (A)의 비는 NH2그룹 대 작용성 아크릴레이트 그룹의 몰비가 10:1 이상이도록 선택한다. 청구된 조성물은, 경화 메커니즘이 수분에 의존하고 실질적으로 다량의 자외선 보호제를 자외선 흡수제 및 자유 라디칼 스캐빈저의 형태로 포함함으로써 역으로 영향으로 받기 때문에, 내후성이 증가된다.

Claims (1)

  1. (A) 다수의 작용성 아크릴레이트 그룹을 포함하는 화학식을 갖는 다작용성 아크릴레이트 하나 이상, (B) 하기 화학식(1)의 유기 금속 화합물 및 유기 금속 화합물의 가수분해물로부터 선택된 알콕시-작용성 유기 금속 화합물 하나 이상; (C) 하기 화학식(2)의 트리알콕시아미노실란 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하고 : 하나이상의 다작용성 아크릴레이트 (A) 및 하나 이상의 트리알콕시아미노실란 (C)은 NH2그룹 대 작용성 아크릴레이트 그룹의 몰비가 10:1 이상이 되게 하는 양으로 존재하며; 첨가되는 추가 성분을 갖지 않는 조성물이 수분 경화 시케 테이버(Taber) 마모 T-100가가 10 이하이고 테이버 마모 T-500가 15 이하를 나타내는, 지지체에 내마모성 도막을 형성하기에 유용한 수분-경화성 조성물.
