Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 역회전 브레이크 장치에 관한 것이다.
즉, 통상의 디스크 브레이크 장치와 연결된 동일축상에 디스크 회전방향의 반대 방향으로 역회전하는 역회전 브레이크 디스크를 설치하는 것으로서, 급브레이크 페달을 밟게 되면 차량의 무게중심이 앞으로 쏠리는 것을 역회전 브레이크 디스크의 내부에 설치된 유성기어와 주기어가 태양기어 전진방향의 역방향으로 구동하게 되어 차량의 무게중심을 후방으로 분산시키는 작용과 반작용이 동시에 이루어짐으로서 제동 거리가 단축되고 차량의 충돌이나 추돌의 피해가 감소됨은 물론 타이어와 디스크 및 패드의 마모가 적어지는 특징이 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량의 바퀴 구동축의 동일 축상에 전진디스크와 차량의 바퀴를 구동시키는 구동디스크가 축설된 것에 있어서,상기 전진디스크와 구동디스크의 사이에 축설되는 역회전디스크본체의 중앙부에는 상기 구동축에 형성된 장홈과 결합되도록 결합돌기를 갖는 태양기어를 축설하며 태양기어의 외주연에는 복수개의 유성기어가 치합되고, 상기 유성기어의 외주연에는 주기어와 치합되며, 상기 주기어 양측의 가장자리에는 박킹을 부착하고 이어 부착된 박킹을 고정시키고 상기 태양기어 와 유성기어 및 주기어를 보호하게 되는 전, 후캡을 상기 주기어의 양측면에 결합되고, 전, 후캡 중앙부의 내경에는 원주홈을 형성하고 상기 태양기어의 양측단의 외경에도 원주홈을 형성하여 고무링을 끼우며 상기 유성기어의 축단에 축설된 베어링은 전, 후캡의 내측면에 형성된 구멍에 삽입되고, 상기 구동축의 끝단에 형성된 나사봉에는 상기 태양기어를 고정시키는 너트를 체결하며, 상기 주기어의 외주연에 형성된 복수개의 리브와 역회전 디스크의 내경에 형성된 복수개의 리브를 볼트와 너트로 결합되고 역회전디스크 일측 상부에 이격되어 설치된 브레이크패드가 배치되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 역회전 브레이크 장치
