Abstract

본 발명은 다층의 차단성 피복물로 피복된 플라스틱 용기에 관한다. 상기 다층의 차단성 피복물은 기체가 용기내로 투과하여 들어오는 것을 효과적으로 차단시켜 주며 용기, 특히 진공 처리된 플라스틱 채혈 기구 (plastic evacuated blood collection tube) 의 저장 수명 (shelf - life) 을 연장시키는데에 유용하다.

도 3 은 마개가 없으며 다층의 차단성 피복물을 포함하는, 도 1 의 튜브와 유사한, 튜브 모양의 용기에 대한 종단면도이다.
도 4 는 마개가 있으며 다층의 차단성 피복물을 포함하는, 도 1 의 튜브와 유사한, 튜브 모양의 용기에 대한 종단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 샘플 조립체로서 개방 말단, 폐쇄 말단, 내표면 및 외표면을 갖는 플라스틱 용기; 및 상기 용기의 외표면과 연결되었으며 상기 용기의 외표면의 대부분에 걸쳐 뻗어있는 다층의 차단성 피복물로서, 제1층은 아크릴레이트 프라이머 피복물 재료를 포함하며, 상기 제1층상의 제2층은 메탈 옥사이드를 포함하며 상기 제2층상의 제3층은 유기 재료를 포함하는 다층의 차단성 피복물을 포함하는 샘플 조립체.
