Abstract

본 발명은 선형증폭기에 관한 것으로, AB급 증폭기를 구동증폭기로 사용함으로써 발생하는 왜곡 성분을 구동증폭기에 피드 포워드(feed foward)방식의 선형회 회로를 부착시켜 억제해 주면서, 주증폭기에는 일부러 구동증폭기의 왜곡 신호를 전치 입력시켜 주증폭기의 선형성을 개선해 주는 것을 특징으로 하여, 증폭기의 선형성을 향상시킬 수 있으며 특히 전력효율이 좋다는 것과, QPSK와 같이 위상 변조 방식을 사용하는 시스템에 적용할 경우 선형 증폭으로 인해 위상 왜곡을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
