Abstract
따라서 상기 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 본 발명은, 간단한 구조를 갖으며 구현이 용이한 포워드(Feedforward) 방식을 이용한 고출력 증폭기에 적용되는 선형화회로를 제공하는 그 목적이 있으며, 구동 증폭기내의 부증폭기(6)와 커플러(8) 사이에 설치되는 증폭기 경로와 선형화 경로로 입력 신호를 나누는 제1 커플러(11)와, 상기 제1 커플러(11)로 부터 분리된 선형화 경로로의 신호를 입력받아 증폭기 경로와 선형화 경로간 위상차를 보정해 주는 지연(delay)회로(12)와, 상기 지연회로(13)의 출력신호를 입력받아 선형화 경로의 신호 크기를 조절해 주는 가변 감쇠기(13)와, 상기 가변 감쇠기(13)의 출력신호를 입력받아 선형화 경로의 신호를 180°위상 변화시키는 가변 위상 변환기(14)와, 증폭기 경로에서 증폭된 신호 중 커플링(coupling)된 신호에서 선형화 경로를 거친 신호를 빼는 빼기 회로(15)와, 상기 빼기회로(15)의 출력을 증폭하는 A급의 제1 부증폭기와(16), 상기 제1 커플러(11)로부터 분리된 증폭기 경로로의 신호를 입력받아 증폭하는 제2 부증폭기(20) 및 상기 제1 및 제2 부증폭기(16,20)의 출력신호를 커플링하는 제2커플러(18)를 구비한다.Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a linearization circuit applied to a high output amplifier using a forward method having a simple structure and easy to implement.
