Abstract

아이들러의 회전력을 릴 테이블에 전달하는 중계기어들의 구조를 변경하여 고속 회전시 소음이 감소되도록 한 테이프 레코더의 아이들러 구동장치에 대해 개시한다.
각 중계기어는 환형의 기어부와, 상기 데크에 회전가능하게 결합되는 보스부와, 상기 보스부와 환형의 기어부를 연결하는 복수의 리브를 구비하여 된 구조를 가진다. 이와 같은 구동장치는, 테이프 레코더의 고속회전에 따른 소음을 감소시키고, 제작원가가 감소되어 결과적으로 생산성 및 품질이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래의 아이들러 구동장치를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이다.
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 아이들러 구동장치에 있어서 기어들의 연결상태를 도시한 것으로서,
(a)는 기어 맞물림 상태를 나타낸 평면도.
(b)는 기어 맞물림 상태를 나타낸 단면도이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 아이들러 구동장치를 나타낸 평면도이다.
제4도는 제3도에 도시된 아이들러 구동장치에 있어서 중계기어를 도시한 발췌평면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 테이프 릴이 안착되고 데크상에 설치되는 두개의 릴 테이블과, 이 두 릴 테이블 사이에 설치되어 회전구동되는 구동풀리와, 이 구동풀리와 같은 토오크로 회전되는 아이들러와, 이 아이들러를 회동가능하게 구동풀리에 지지시키는 레버부재와, 상기 데크에 회전가능하게 설치되고 상기 아이들러의 회전력을 상기 각 릴 테이블에 전달하는 복수의 중계기어를 구비하여서 두 릴 테이블에 선택적으로 동력을 전달하는 테이프 레코더의 아이들러 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 각 중계기어는 환형의 기어부와, 상기 데크에 회전가능하게 결합되는 보스부와, 상기 보스부와 환형의 기어부를 연결하는 복수의 리브를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 레코더의 아이들러 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 리브는 각각 동일한 방향으로 굽어진 만곡부를 가지며, 각 만곡부는 동일한 곡률로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 레코더의 아이들러 구동장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 리브는 탄성변형이 가능한 탄성체로 형성되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 레코더의 아이들러 구동장치.
