Abstract

[목 적]
요크를 중심으로 서로 대향방향 방향에서 극성이 다르게 보급되는 두 개의 자석을 극성이 바뀌는 일없이 일시에 능률적으로 조립할 수 있는 오디오 픽업용 요크의 자석조립기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
[구 성]
기판(A)의 상면 중앙에 지그이송대용 횡레일(11)을 형성하여 레버(21)의 레버운동에 따라 대기위치와 조립위치간을 왕복하는 지그이송대(31)를 설치하고, 횡레일(11)의 후방에 세운 지주(12)의 상단 레버축(13)에는 슬라이더용 누르개(21a)가 일체로 된 레버(21)를 설치하며, 지주(12)의 앞면에 형성한 종레일(14)에는 슬라이더(22)를 설치하고, 슬라이더(22)의 좌우측면에는 외면 하단에 자석홈(23a)이 형성된 펀치(22)를 부착하며, 조립위치의 좌우 연직선상에는 가이드(41)를 설치하고, 이들 가이드(41)내에는 자석뒤밀이용 밀판(42)을 내장함과 동시에 인장스프링(43)을 걸어서 향심방향으로 죄어들게 구성한 오디오 픽업용 요크의 자석조립기이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 기판(A)의 상면 중앙에 지그이송대용 횡레일(11)을 형성하여 레버(21)의 레버운동에 따라 대기위치와 조립위치간을 왕복하는 지그이송대(31)를 설치하고, 횡레일(11)의 후방에 세운 지주(12)의 상단 레버축(13)에는 슬라이더용 누르개(21a)가 일체로 된 레버(21)를 설치하며, 지주(12)의 앞면에 형성한 종레일(14)에는 슬라이더(22)를 설치하고, 슬라이더(22)의 좌우측면에는 외면 하단에 자석홈(23a)이 형성된 펀치(22)를 부착하며, 조립위치의 좌우 연직선상에는 가이드(41)를 설치하고, 이들 가이드(41)내에는 자석뒤밀이용 밀판(42)을 내장함과 동시에 인장스프링(43)을 걸어서 향심방향으로 죄어들게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 오디오 픽업용 요크의 자석조립기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지그이송대(31)는 상면에 지그(32)를 탑재하고, 측면에는 레일(34)을 부착하여 지그견인간(33)을 끼운 오디오 픽업용 요크의 자석조립기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지그견인간(33)은 선단에 주어진 롤활동공간(33a)에 레버(21)의 하단 롤(21c)을 헐겁게 끼워서 레버(21)의 레버운동을 직선운동으로 바꿔 지그(32)를 대기위치와 조립위치간을 왕복하게 한 오디오 픽업용 요크의 자석조립기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 슬라이더(22)와, 펀치(23), 가이드(41) 및 밀판(42)이 비자성체로 된 오디오 픽업용 요크의 자석조립기.
