Abstract

본 구동능력 검출장치 및 방법은 로딩캡값이 달라짐에 따라 지연변화량이 달라지는 구간별 구동능력을 검출하여 시뮬레이션에 적용하기 위한 것으로써, 본 장치는 사용자에 의하여 로딩캡 값을 변화시킬 수 있는 셀;셀의 입력대 출력 지연을 측정하여 지연변화량이 급격히 변하는 부분의 기준이 되는 로딩캡 값을 검출하기 위한 기준캡 값 검출부; 기준캡 값 검출부에서 검출된 기준값에 의하여 상이한 구동능력이 제공되어야 할 구간을 구분하고, 구준된 구간별로 해당되는 구동능력을 검출하여 출력하는 구동능력 검출부를 포함하도록 구성된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 사용자에 의하여 로딩캡 값을 변화시킬 수 있는 셀; 상기 셀의 입력대 출력 지연을 측정하여 지연변화량이 급격히 변하는 부분의 기준이 되는 로딩캡 값을 검출하기 위한 기준캡 값 검출부; 상기 기준캡 값 검출부에서 검출된 기준값에 의하여 상이한 구동능력이 제공되어야 할 구간을 구분하고, 구분된 구간별로 해당되는 구동능력을 검출하여 출력하는 구동능력 검출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀에 대한 구동능력검출장치.
  2. 사용자에 의하여 셀의 로딩캡값을 변화시키는 단계; 상기 변화되는 로딩캡값에 의하여 상기 셀의 입력대 출력지연 변화량이 급격히 변하는 부분의 기준 캡값을 검출하는 단계; 상기 기준 캡값에 의하여 상이한 구동능력이 제공되어야 할 구간을 구분하는단계; 구분된 상기 구간별로 해당되는 구동능력을 출력하는 단계를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 셀에 대한 구동능력검출방법.
