Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 실차 상태의 비틀림 강성을 측정하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로 특히 차체의 비틀림 강성을 실차 상태에서 진행시키는데 있어서 측정 오차를 줄이고 실차측정을 용이하게 실행할 수 있도록 차체의 지지기반을 형성하고 로드 셀을 소유하는 한편, 수평도가 맞춰진 상태로 지면에 설치되는 베이스 플레이트와 상기 베이스 플레이트에 설치된 로드셀을 상승시키거나 하강시키기 위해 실린더를 작동시키는 로드셀 위치 조절잭과 상기 로드셀에 안착된 차체의 중앙부를 가로지르는 형태로 위치하는 사이드 바와 상기 사이드바에 고정되어 차체의 비틀림 발생에 따라 좌,우 편심상태를 나타내는 차체의 전,후방에 임의로 가설되는 한편, 소정의 간격을 형성하면서 연결 고리로 연결된 상,하 대칭형상의 크로스 바를 포함하는 비틀림 축정부재로 구성된 실차 비틀림 강성 측정 장치를 제공한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차체의 지지기반을 형성하고 로드 셀을 소유하는 한편, 수평도가 맞춰진 상태로 지면에 설치되는 베이스 플레이트와 상기 베이스 플레이트에 설치된 로드셀을 상승시키거나 하강시키기 위해 실린더를 작동시키는 로드셀 위치 조절잭과 상기 로드셀에 안착된 차체의 중앙부를 가로지르는 형태로 위치하는 사이드 바와 상기 사이드바에 고정되어 차체의 비틀림 발생에 따라 좌,우 편심상태를 나타내는 차체의 전,후방에 임의로 가설되는 한편, 소정의 간격을 형성하면서 연결 고리로 연결된 상,하 대칭형상의 크로스바를 포함하는 비틀림측정부재로 구성된 실차 비틀림 강성 측정 장치.
