Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 라디에이터의 캡 열림 방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 캡이 설치되는 라디에이터의 목부분에 관통공을 형성하고 상기 목부분의 내측으로는 서모 스테트(thermostat)과 같은 록크 장치를 설치하여서 냉각수가 고온인 경우에는 상기 록크장치가 작동되어 상기 캡이 열리지 않으며, 냉각수가 일정온도 이하일 경우에만 상기록크장치가 해제되어 상기 캡이 열릴 수 있도록하여 운전자나 정비자의 부주의에 의한 소가를 미연에 방지 할 수 있도록 안전장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 라디에이터의 목(1)부분에 관통공(2)을 형성하고, 상기 목(1)부분의 내측에 록크장치(3)가 설치되되, 상기 록크장치(3)는 왁스(4)가 충전된 밀폐된 용기안에 승하강 로드(5)가 설치되며, 상기 승하강로드(5)선단에는 록크(6)가 설치되되, 상기 록크(6)는 경사진 장공(7)이 형성되고 상기 장공(7)내에 상기 승하강로드(5)가 설치되어서 승하강 로드(5)의 상하 운동으로 록크(6)가 직각된 전후운동을 하며, 상기 록크(6)의 전후운동에 의하여 라디에이터캡(8)이 관통공(2)에 걸림, 해제 될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 라디에이터의 캡 열림 방지장치.
