Abstract

팬 히터에서 전자 펌프(56)가 연료를 흡입함과 아울러 필터 케이스(60)에 설치된 필터(61)로 이물질을 거르게 되면 걸러진 이물질이 필터 케이스(60) 내부에 잔존하기 때문에 연속적인 팬 히터의 동작으로 이물질이 적층되어 연료 받이(52)로부터의 배관이 막히게 됨과 아울러 연료의 공급이 차단되어 팬 히터의 동작 불량이 발생됨을 방지하기 위하여, 필터 케이스(60)의 저면에 연료의 공급 중단 시 이물질이 연료공급 통로에서 외부로 배출 되도록 연결 설치된 배출 수단을 포함하여 구성함으로써 연료의 막힘을 방지할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 필터가 삽입되는 필터 케이스의 저면에 연결되어 구성된 팬 히터의 전자 펌프필터링 구조에 있어서, 상기한 필터 케이스의 저면에 연료의 공급 중단 시 이물질이 연료 공급 통로에서 외부로 배출되도록 연결 설치된 배출 수단을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 팬 히터의 전자 펌프 필터링 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배출 수단은 필터 케이스의 저면을 일정 각도 기울어지게 형성된 경사부와, 상기한 경사부의 최저 위치에 형성된 배출공과, 상기한 배출공에 배관으로 연결됨과 아울러 이물질이 포집되도록 필터가 설치되고 연료가 연료라인으로 리턴되도록 저면에 체크 밸브가 설치된 이물질 케이스와, 상기한 이물질 케이스의 필터를 교체할 수 있도록 이물질 케이스의 상면에 안착됨과 아울러 배관이 삽입되도록 삽입공이 형성되어 배관을 타고 승강되도록 형성된 커버로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 팬 히터의 전자 펌프 필터링 구조.
