Abstract

본 발명은 공기조화기용 실내기의 흡입구 개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 자동차폐수단(30)은, 흡입구(20)를 개폐시키도록 상기 흡입구(20)측에 전,후측으로 이동가능케 배설된 셔터수단(31)과, 상기 셔터수단(31)을 개폐가능케 구동시키도록 전면판(21)의 일측에 배설된 구동수단(40)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하며, 공조효과를 높임과 동시에, 공기조화기의 바가동시에 실내기내로 이물질이 유입되는 것을 차단하여 실내기의 성능저하를 방지할 수 있고, 셔터수단의 금형작업을 용이하게 할 수 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 공기조화기용 실내기의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 종단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 공기조화기용 실내기의 흡입구 개폐장치를 구동시키는 구동수단이 결합된 상태를 도시한 결합도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 공기조화기의 비가동시에 흡입구를 통하여 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 흡입구측에 자동차폐수단을 공기조화기용 실내기에 있어서, 상기 자동차폐수단(30)은 흡입구(20)를 개폐시키도록 상기 흡입구(20)측에 전·후측으로 이동가능하케 배설된 셔터수단(31)과, 상기 셔터수단(31)을 개폐가능케 구동시키도록 전면판(21)의 일측에 배설된 구동수단(40)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기용 실내기의 흡입구 개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단(40)은 동력을 발생시키도록 전면판(21)의 일측에 배설된 모터(41)와, 상기 모터(41)의 동력을 전달받아 정·역회전되도록 상기 모터(41)의 모터축부재(42)에 배설된 피니언(43)과, 상기 피니언(43)의 회전력을 전달받아 전·후측으로 이동됨에 따라 상기 셔터수단(31)을 개폐시키도록 상기 피니언(43)의 일측에 기어물림 된 랙(44)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기용 실내기의 흡입구 개폐장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셔터수단(31)은 전면판(21)의 다수개소에 형성된 안내홈(21a)을 따라 이동되어 상기 셔터수단(31)을 용이하게 이동시키도록 상기 셔터수단(31)의 내측에 다수의 안내돌기(31a)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기용 실내기의 흡입구 개폐장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 랙(44)은 상기 랙(44)의 이동거리를 규제하도록 상기 랙(44)의 일측에 다수의 걸림턱(44a),(44b)이 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기용 실내기의 흡입구 개폐장치.
