Abstract

본 발명은 가스 오븐렌지의 사용할 때에 어떤이유로 가스의 불꽃이 소화되었을시에 이를 감지하여 이그나이터를 자동적으로 작동시켜 착화시키는 가스 오븐렌지의 점화 상태 유지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 노브의 조작과 버너의 불꽃을 확인 하는 감지부와; 상기 감지부에서 감지된 신호가 전송되어 설정된 기준치와 비교하여 그 결과에 해당되는 함수값의 처리신호를 출력하는 제어부와; 상기 제어부에서 출력된 처리신호에 따라 가스를 공급시키고 공급된 가스에 불꽃을 점화하는 작동부로 구성된 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 노브의 조작과 버너의 불꽃을 확인 하는 감지부(12)와; 상기 감지부(12)에서 감지된 신호가 전송되어 설정된 기준치와 비교하여 그 결과에 해당되는 함수값의 처리신호를 출력하는 제어부(14)와; 상기 제어부에서 출력된 처리신호에 따라 가스를 공급시키고 공급된 가스에 불꽃을 점화하는 작동부(16)로 구성된 가스 오븐버너의 점화상태 유지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부(14)는 노브(31)의 조작(스텝90)과 더불어 스위치 조작으로 외부전원이 엠피유(MPU)(22)로 인가(스텝91)되어 흡착시키고(스텝92), 아울러 이그나이터(20)를 일정 시간 동안 작동(스텝93)시켜 가스에 불꽃을 점화(스텝94)시키는 점화과정과; 상기 점화과정에서 이그나이터(20)가 일정시간 동안 작동하고 나서 가스에 불꽃이 착화되었는지를 판별(스텝102)하는 착화 확인 과정과; 상기 착화 확인 과정에서 착화가 확인되(스텝102에서 예)면 기준치와 비교(스텝 104, 스텝106, 스텝,108)하여 이에 해당되는 처리신호를 출력하는 처리과정과; 상기 처리과정에서 처리된 신호를 인가받아 버너에 공급되는 가스의 공급량을 조절(스텝105, 스텝107)하는 작동과정과; 상기 작동과정에서 결정된 조리조건에의해 작동하며 사용자의 의지에의해 노브를 조작(스텝109)에서 예)하면 가스의 공급을 중단함과 아울러 가스불꽃을 소화(스텝110)하는 종료과정으로 이루어진 수순에 의해 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 오븐버너의 점화상태 유지 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착화확인과정에서 착화가 확인되지 않으면(스텝 102에서 아니오). 외부전원을 엠피유(22) 인가시켜 강제적으로 흡착시켜(스텝 92)버너에 가스를 공급시키고 이그나이터(20)을 작동(스텝 93)시킴으로써 점화(스텝102)시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 오븐버너의 점화상태 유지 장치.
