Abstract

본 발명은 대형버너에 유입되는 고압의 대량 가스를 다수의 적은 노즐을 통해 분산시켜 버너 내부로 분사하므로서 1차공기와의 혼합을 촉진하여 미혼합으로 인한 불완전 연소를 막는 고열량 버너에 관한 것으로,. 버너바디 상측에는 상부에 다수의 염공이 형성된 버너헤드 및 버너캡을 재치하고, 그 하측에는 하부에 1차공기투입구가 형성된 혼합관이 버너바디와 일체로 형성된 대형 버너에 있어서, 상기 혼합관의 하부에는 상판 중앙주위에 상향 내측으로 경사진 다수의 탭공을 형성하여 이 탭공에는 노즐을 각각 체결하고, 상판 하측 외경에 형성된 나선부에는 중앙하부에 가스 공급관이 연결되여 그 내경에는 탭부가 형성된 하판을 체결고정하여 이루어진 연료분사노즐을 설치한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 버너바디(2) 상측에는 상부에 다수의 염공(6)이 형성된 버너헤드(4) 및 버너캡(8)을 재치하고, 그 하측에는 하부에 1차공기투입(12)가 형성된 혼합관(10)이 버너바디(2)와 일체로 형성된 대형 버너에 있어서, 상기 혼합관(10)의 하부에는 상판(16) 중앙주위에 상향 내측으로 경사진 다수의 탭공(18)을 형성하여 이 탭공(18)에는 노즐(20)을 각각 체결하고, 상판(16) 하측 외경에는 나선부(17)를 형성시켜 중앙하부에 가스 공급관(26)이 연결된 하판(22)의 내경에 형성된 탭부(23)를 상기 나선부(17)에 체결고정하여 조립된 연료분사노즐(14)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 고열량 버너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상판(16) 중앙 주위에는 각도가 버너헤드(4)의 중심부로 경사지게 가공된 다수의 탭공(18)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고열량 버너.
