자동차의 주행 속도가 완전히 정지하기 전에 3속에서 1속으로의 변속 동작을 방지하여 발생하는 변속 쇼크를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 자동 변속기의 정지 상태 제어 장치 및 그 방법을 제공하기 위하여, 운전자에 의해 동작 상태가 변화하는 브레이크 페달의 동작 상태에 따라 온/오프 상태가 변화하는 브레이크 스위치와; 자동 변속기의 출력축의 회전 속도에 따라 출력되는 전기 신호의 상태가 변화하는 출력축 회전수 감지 수단과; 상기 브레이크 스위치와 출력축 회전수 감지 수단에서 출력되는 신호를 이용하여, 출력축 회전수가 설정 상태로 자동차의 주행 속도가 저속 상태일 경우 브레이크가 작동할 경우 3속 상태를 유지하고 브레이크 스위치가 작동하지 않을 경우 1속으로의 변속 동작을 실행하여 가속 페달이 작동될때 실행되는 1속으로의 변속 동작에 의한 변속 쇼크를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 변속 제어 수단을 포함하여 이루어져 있다.In order to provide an apparatus and a method for controlling a stationary state of an automatic transmission to prevent a shift shock caused by preventing a shifting operation from three speeds to one speed before the driving speed of the vehicle is completely stopped, it is operated by a driver.
