Abstract
본 발명은 프론트브레이크의 패드구조에 관한 것으로, 브레이크디스크의 외측면쪽에 해당되는 캘리퍼의 내벽에 고정되는 외측패드와, 상기 브레이크디스크의 내측면쪽에 해당되는 캘리퍼의 해당되는 캘리퍼의 내부에서 상기 실린더내에 설치된 피스톤과 결합된 상태에서 상기 실린더내로 인가되는 유압의 제어에 의한 상기 피스톤의 진퇴동작에 따라 일정 거리 유동되면서 상기 브레이크디스크의 내측면과 접촉되는 내측패드와, 상기 내외측패드를 양측면에서 지지하는 패드지지스프링으로 이루어지는 프론트브레이크의 패드지지구조에 있어서, 상기 캘리퍼의 상면에 형성된 관통공의 내부에 상기 내외측패드의 상면을 지지하는 지지판이 끼워져 설치되도록 구성하므로써 제동력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한것이다.The present invention relates to a pad structure of a front brake, and includes an outer pad fixed to an inner wall of a caliper corresponding to an outer side of a brake disc, and an inner pad of the caliper corresponding to an inner side of the brake disc.
