Abstract

본 발명은 보울트 및 너트의 풀림방지 클립에 관한 것으로, 12각형 형상을 하고서 너트(3) 위에 덮어 씌워질 수 있는 크기로 형성면서 중앙에 끼움구멍(2a)이 형성된 클립몸체(2b)와, 이 클립몸체(2b)의 상면에 각각 형성되면서 상기 보울트(1)의 홈(1a)에 끼워져서 보울트(1)의 회전을 저지하는 회전방지돌기(2c) 및, 보울트(1)의 나사홈에 끼워져서 클립(2)의 축방향 이탈을 저지하는 2개의 이탈방지돌기(2d)를 갖춘 구조로 되어, 보울트에 단지 끼워주기만 하면 회전방지돌기가 보울트의 회전을 저지해서 보울트 및 너트의 풀림을 확실하게 방지할 수 있게 된다

제3도는 종래 기술에 따라 보울트와 너트가 체결된 상태에서 풀림방지판이 장착된 개략적인 사시도이다.

Claims (1)

12각형 형상을 하고서 너트(3) 위에 덮어 씌워질 수 있는 크기로 형성면서 중앙에 끼움구멍(2a)이 형성된 클립몸체(2b)와, 이 클립몸체(2b)의 상면에 각각 형성되면서 상기 보울트(1)의 홈(1a)에 끼워져서 보울트(1)의 회전을 저지하는 회전방지돌기(2c) 및 보울트(1)의 나사홈에 끼워져서 클립(2)의 축방향 이탈을 저지하는 2개의 이탈방지돌기(2d)를 갖춘 구조로 된 보울트 및 너트의 풀림방지 클립.
