Abstract

본 발명은 에어콘영 머플러(MUFFER)에 관한 것으로, 콤프레셔(Comppressor)에서 발생된는 맥동현산을 효과적으로 흡수하여 진동과 이에 따른 소음을 극소화 시킬 수가 있도록 한 것이다. 상기 목적을 구현하기 위하여 본 발명은 머플러(Muffer)의 외측에 형성되어 있는 요홈에 압축스프링이 장착되어 있는 충격흡수판을 장착하여 압력이 상승시에는 상기 충격흡수탄이 후측으로 이동하면서 충격을 흡수하고 압력이 약할 시에슨 원상태로 복귀하도록 한 것이다.

  1. 에어컨용 콤푸레셔(Compressor)(1)측면에 요홈(2)이 형성되어 있는 머플러(Muffer)(3)가 장착되어 있는 공지의 것에 있어서, 상기 머플러(Muffer)(3)의, 외측에 형성되어 있는 요홈(2)에 압축스프링(4)이 장착되어 있는 충격흡수판(5)을 장착하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 에어콘용 머플러(Muffer)
