Abstract

본 발명은 연료분사밸브로부터 분사되는 연료를 가열함과 동시에 조기점화 및 역화현상을 방지하여 연소실내에서 매연 및 유독가스를 완전소각처리하고, 엔진의 출력을 증대함과 아울러 연료절감효과를 얻도록 된 가솔린기관용 연료분사밸브의 구조에 관한 것으로, 연소실(122)의 흡기밸브(124)를 향하도록 흡기다기관(120) 상부 일측에 연료분사밸브(10)를 경사지게 삽입, 고정하고, 상기 연료분사밸브(10) 내부에 솔레노이드코일(18)과 플런져(16)와 스프링(17)을 설치하며, 상기 연료분사밸브(10)의 끝단부에 원통형의 파이프코일(22)을 설치하고, 상기 파이프코일(22)의 외경에 원통형의 마그네틱파이프(24)를 삽입,설치하며, 상기 마그네틱파이프(24)의 외경 둘레에 코일(26)을 감고, 상기 코일(26)의 외부를 사기코팅(28)처리하며, 상기 파이프코일(22)의 끝단에 일정길이 이상으로 형성한 분사노즐(20)을 삽입,고정하고, 상기 연료분사밸브(10)의 일측에 설치한 배선용 커넥터(14)로부터(+)(-)단자를 인출한 다음, 상기 연료분사밸브(10) 끝단에 설치한 코일(26)의 (+)(-)단자에 상기 배선용 커넥터(14)의 (+)(-)단자를 연결, 설치하여 구성한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 연소실의 흡기밸브를 향하도록 흡기다기관 상부 일측에 연료분사밸브를 경사지게 삽입, 고정하고, 상기 연료분사밸브 내부에 솔레노이드코일과 플런져와 스프링이 설치되며, 상기 연료분사밸브의 끝단에 분사노즐이고정설치되고, 상기 연료분사밸브의 외부 일측에 배선용 커넥터가 설치된 것에 있어서, 상기 연료분사밸브의 끝단부에 파이프코일을 설치하고, 상기 파이프코일의 외경에 마그네틱파이프를 삽입,설치하며, 상기 마그네틱파이프의 외경에 코일을 감고, 상기 코일의 외부를 절연코팅처리하며, 상기 파이프코일의 끝단에 일정길이 이상으로 형성한 분사노즐을 삽입,고정하고, 상기 배선용 커넥터로부터(+)(-)단자를 인출한 다음, 상기 코일의 (+)(-)단자에 배선용 커넥터의 (+)(-)단자를 연결, 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 가솔린기관용 연료분사밸브의 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열방식은 엘레이저,초단파를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 가솔린기관용 연료분사밸브의 구조.
