냉각수의 온도를 감지하는 냉각수온 감지 수단과; 엔진 구동에 따라 출력되는 엔진 회전수를 감지하는 엔진 회전수 감지 수단과; 흡입되는 공기량을 감지하는 흡입 공기량 감지수단과; 현재 냉각수의 온도가 일정 온도이하인 경우에, 감지되는 엔진 회전수가 현재 온도에 따른 목표 엔진 회전수보다 작은 경우에 시간당 엔진 회전수 변화율을 산출한 다음, 산출된 엔진 회전수 변화율 설정값 이하인 경우에 엔진 회전수가 급격히 떨어지고 있는 것으로 판단하여 공기량 및 연료량을 증가시켜 그에 해당하는 연료 증대 신호를 출력하는 엔진 제어 수단과; 상기 엔진 제어 수단에서 출력되는 연료 증대 신호에 다라 구동되어 엔진으로 공급되는 연료량을 증가시켜 공급하는 연료 분사 수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 저온 시동시의 엔진 스톨 방지 장치는, 수동 변속 차량에 있어서 주위 온도가 극히 낮아서 엔진 회전수가 일정값 이하로 떨어지는 경우에, 흡입되는 공기량과 연료량을 증가시켜 엔진 스톨 현상을 방지할 수 있다.Cooling water temperature sensing means for sensing a temperature of cooling water; Engine speed detection means for detecting an engine speed output according to engine driving; Intake air amount detecting means for detecting an intake air amount; When the current coolant temperature is below a certain temperature, the engine speed change rate per hour is calculated when the detected engine speed is lower than the target engine speed according to the current temperature, and then the engine is lower than the calculated engine speed change rate setting value.
