Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 도어잠금 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 키이홀더로부터 키이를 빼지 않은 채로 자동차로부터 하차시에 도어가 잠기는 것을 방지하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 운전석 및 조수석의 일측에 탑승자를 감지하는 중량감지센서(10-13)와, 키이홀더(7)에 형성되어 키이(6)의 삽입과 이탈을 감지하는 온/오프스위치(26)의 출력신호를 다수의 논리연산수단을 통해 논리적인 연산을 수행한 후에 릴레이(40)의 구동으로 모터제어부(50)가 도어의 무단잠금을 제한 할 수 있도록 구성하여 자동차의 운용에 편의를 증대시킨 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 도어를 잠그거나 해제하는 장치가 구비된 자동차에 있어서, 운전석 및 조수석의 일측에 탑승자를 감지하는 중량감지센서(10-13)와, 상기 중량감지센서(10-13)의 감지신호를 연산하는 제1부정논리합게이트(20)와, 키이홀더(7)에 형성되어 키이(6)의 삽입과 이탈을 감지하는 온/오프스위치(26)와, 온/오프스위치(26)의 신호를 반전시키는 제1부정게이트(21)와, 상기 제1부정논리합게이트(20) 및 제1부정게이트(21)에 출력신호를 논리연산하는 논리곱게이트(23)와, 상기 제1부정논리합게이트(20)의 출력신호를 반전하는 제2부정게이트(22)와, 상기 제2부정게이트(22)와 논리곱게이트(23)의 출력신호를 논리연산하는 제2부정논리합게이트(24)와, 상기 제2부정논리합게이트(24)의 출력신호를 반전하는 제3부정게이트(25)와, 상기 제2부정게이트(22)출력신호로 구동하는 스위칭소자(30)와, 상기 스위칭소자(30)의 컬렉터단에 접속된 릴레이(40)와, 상기 릴레이(40)의 작동으로 도어를 잠그거나 해제시키는 모터제어부(50)를 접속하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 도어잠금 방지장치.
