Abstract

본 발명은 순환 펌프에 의해 순환된 세탁수를 세탁물과 균일하게 분사시키는 분사노즐 조립체를 구비한 세탁기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 하우징(210)과, 상기 하우징(210) 내에 배치되어 공급되는 세탁수를 수납하는 외측 터브(220)와, 상기 외측 터브(220)에 내장되며, 그 측벽에 다수의 통수구(232)가 형성된 스핀 터브(230)와, 상기 외측 터브(220)의 상부에 외측 터브 커버(222)상에 장착되어 순환 세탁수를 상기 스핀 터브(230)에 내장된 세탁물을 분사시키는 분사노즐 조립체(100)를 구비한 세탁기에 있어서, 상기 분사노즐 조립체(100)는 상기 외측 터브 커버(222)상에 고정적으로 결합되는 상부 프레임(110)과 상기 상부 프레임 (110)의 저부에 회전가능하게 결합되는 하부 프레임(130)을 구성하되, 상기 하부 프레임(130)의 바닥면에는 나선형의 패턴으로 규칙적으로 이격된 다수개의 분사 포트(142)가 형성하여, 세탁시 세탁수를 세탁물에 균일하게 분사시켜 주도록 함으로써, 세탁효과를 향상시킬수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하우징(210)과, 상기 하우징(210) 내에 배치되어 공급되는 세탁수를 수납하는 외측 터브(220)와, 상기 외측 터브(220)에 내장되며, 그 측벽에 다수의 통수구(232)가 형성된 스핀 터브(230)와, 상기 외측 터브(220)의 상부에 외측 터브 커버(222)상에 장착되어 순환 세탁수를 상기 스핀 터브(230)에 내장된 세탁물에 분사시키는 분사노즐 조립체(100)를 구비한 세탁기에 있어서, 상기 분사노즐 조립체(100)는 상기 외측터브 커버(222)상에 고정적으로 결합되는 상부 프레임(110)과 상기 상부 프레임(110)의 저부에 회전가능하게 결합되는 하부 프레임(130)을 구성하되, 상기 하부 프레임(130)의 바닥면에는 나선형의 패턴으로 규칙적으로 이격된 다수개의 분사 포트(142)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사노즐조립체를 구비한 세탁기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분사노즐조립체(100)는 상기 외측 터브커버(222)상에 착탈가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사노즐조립체가 구비한 세탁기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분사노즐조립체(100)는 상기 외측 터브커버(222)상에 융착 또는 볼트로 체결고정하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분사노즐조립체가 구비된 세탁기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분사포트(142)는 순환 세탁수가 세탁물에 용이하게 분사될 수 있도록 상기 하부 프레임(130)의 저면으로부터 하방향으로 소정 거리만큼 연장 형성하되, 상기 분사포트(142)들 중의 수개는 상기 스핀 터브(230)의 측벽을 향해 연장 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분사노즐조립체가 구비된 세탁기.
