Abstract
철강 산세과정에서 밸출되는 산세 폐액중의 불순물을 제거하는 산세폐액 정제방법으로서, 특정 성분함량을 갖는 밀스케일을 이용한다. 밀스케일을 이용하여 흡착성이 강한 Fe(OH)3를 형성시킨 다음 Fe(OH)3가 폐액내의 불순물을 흡착 제거한다.

Claims (1)
- 제철소의 철강산세공정에서 발생하는 산세폐액을 정제하는 방법에 있어서, α-Fe2O3함량이 10%이하이며, 금속 철(Fe)함량이 3.3%이상인 밀스케일을, 폐산내의 HCl몰비에 대하여 FeO로 환산한 밀스케일의 몰비가 0.5배이상되게 투입한후 30-90℃에서 20-80시간 용해하여 pH를 2.5-5되게 상승시켜 Fe(OH)3 스러지를 형성시킨 다음, 그 Fe(OH)3 스러지에 폐액내의 불순물이 흡착되게 하고, 불순물이 흡착된 상기 Fe(OH)3 스러지로 여과함을 특징으로 하는 산세폐액 정제방법
