Abstract
염화욕으로 전기 아연도금강판 제조시 펄스/리버스 전류를 사용하여 펄스 도금시의 높은전류밀도에 의해 도금층의 결정립을 미세화시키고 리버스 전류에 의하여 불균일하게 도금된 부분을 재용해하여 제거시킴으로써 종래의 일반직류전류를 사용할때 보다 도금층의 표면광택도를 향상시킬수 있다.

Claims (1)
- 염화욕으로 전기아연도금 강판을 제조함에 있어서, 도금시의 전류밀도를 100-250 A/dm2; 도금시간 및 용해시간이 각각 10 msec이상; 도금시간/(도금시간+용해시간)이 0.5이하인 조건으로 펄스/리버스 전류를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 광택도가 우수한 전기아연도금강판 제조방법.
