Abstract
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a zinc-chromium alloy electroplated steel sheet used in automobiles and household appliances in an uncoated state, wherein the concentration of metal ions in the plating solution and the front and rear plating baths during the continuous electroplating of zinc-chromium alloys. By adjusting the current density, the lower layer of the plating layer is composed of an alloy composition of zinc- (low concentration) chromium, and the upper layer is composed of an alloy composition of zinc- (high concentration) chromium having excellent corrosion resistance. It is to provide a method for manufacturing, the purpose is.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for continuously electroplating a zinc-chromium alloy on a steel sheet, wherein a zinc-chromium alloy plating layer having a chromium deposition amount of 4.5% by weight or less is formed on the steel sheet, and chromium deposition is formed thereon. The gist of the present invention relates to a method for producing a zinc-chromium alloy plated steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance including forming a zinc-chromium alloy plated layer having an amount of 4.5% by weight or more.
