Abstract
본 발명은 아연계 도금강판용의 전해형 크로메이트욕 및 그것을 사용한 내식성, 내지문성 및 내크롬 용출성이 우수한 전해 크로메이트처리 아연계 도금강판의 제조방법을 개시하여, 이 아연계 도금강판용의 전해 크로메이트욕은 6가 크롬이온을 금속 Cr 환산으로 1~50g/1 , 3가 크롬이온을 금속 Cr 환산으로 0.1~2.0g/1, 2가 니켈이온 및 2가 코발트이온으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 0.1~20g/1, 실리카졸을 그 고형분 환산으로 50~300g/1, 인산이온을 PO4 3-환산으로 0.05~1.0g/1, 황산이온을 1~50g/1함유하고, 또한 3가 크롬이온농도/전체 크롬이온 농도의 비가 0.1미만이며, 실리카졸 고형분농도/3가 크롬이온 농도의 비가 70초과이며, pH가 2.5~3.8이 범위일 것을 특징으로 하며, 또한 이를 사용한 전해 크로메이트처리 아연제 도금강판의 제조방법은 적어도 편면에 아연제 도금을 실시한 강판을 음극으로 하고, 상기 전해 크로메이트욕중에서, 욕은 30~70℃ 전류밀도 1~50A/dm2의 조건 하에서 전해 크로메이트 처리하는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention discloses an electrolytic chromate bath for zinc-based galvanized steel and a method for producing an electrolytic chromate treated zinc-based galvanized steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance, fingerprint resistance and chromium elution resistance.
