Abstract
본 발명은 아연 또는 아연합금도금강판의 크로메이트 처리에 사용되는 도포형 크로메이트 처리용액에 관한 것으로, 도포형 크로메이트 처리용액의 성분중 콜로이달실리카와 적정비율 범위를 갖도록 실란커플링제를 첨가하므로서 강판의 내식성, 피막의 전기 전도성, 및 표면외관 등의 특성을 만족시킴과 동시에 내지문성 및 내알카리 탈지성이 특히 우수한 크로메이트 피막제조용 도포형 크로메이트 처리용액을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a coated chromate treatment solution used for the chromate treatment of zinc or zinc alloy plated steel sheet, and to the corrosion resistance of the steel sheet by adding a silane coupling agent so as to have an appropriate ratio range with colloidal silica among the components of the coated chromate treatment solution.
