Abstract
본 발명은 극저탄소용강의 슬래그 탈산방법에 관한 것이며, 그 목적은 종래의 탈산방법과는 달리 분진을 발생시키지 않으면서도 탈산효율이 우수한 새로운 탈산방법을 제고암에 있다. 상기 목적달성을 위한 본 발명은 전로 조업을 통해 1차 정련되어 레이들에 출강된 0.002-0.04%의 탄소가 함유된 극저탄소용강을 진공탈가스 설비의 진공조를 이용하여 2차 정련하는 제강공정에 있어서, 상기 극저탄소 용강중의 용존산소를 탈산한 직후 상기 진공조의 내부에 CaC2가 30중량% 이상 함유되고 그 입자크기가 3-30mm인 탈산제를 투입하는 극저탄소용강의 슬래그 탈산방법에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.The present invention relates to a slag deoxidation method of ultra-low carbon molten steel, and its object is to provide a new deoxidation method with excellent deoxidation efficiency without generating dust unlike the conventional deoxidation method.
