Abstract

본 발명은 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로벤질 알콜을 상용하는 카복실산으로 공비적으로(azeotropic) 에스테르화시켜 일반식 (Ⅰ) 합성 피레트로이드를 제조하는 신규한 방법에 관한 것이다.

상기 식에서, R1은 메틸, 디플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 염소를 나타내며, R2는 메틸, 디플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 염소를 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물을 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로벤질 알콜로 공비적으로 에스테르화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식 (Ⅰ) 합성 피레트로이드를 제조하는 방법:
    (Ⅰ)
    (Ⅱ)
    상기 식에서, R1은 메틸, 디플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 염소를 나타내며, R2는 메틸, 디플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 염소를 나타낸다.
  2. (+)-트랜스-퍼메트린산을 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로벤질 알콜로 공비적으로 에스테르화시켜 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로벤질-(+)-1R-트랜스-2,2-디메틸-3-(2,2-디클로로비닐)-사이클로프로판-카복실레이트를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 공비적 에스테르화에 적합한 용매가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 합성 피레트로이드의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 사용된 용매가 톨루엔임을 특징으로 하는 합성 피레트로이드의 제조방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 대기압하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 합성 피레트로이드의 제조방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 1 내지 1.5 몰의 카복실산을 1 몰의 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로벤질 알콜로 공비적으로 에스테르화시킴을 특징으로 하는 합성 피레트로이드의 제조방법.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응 생성물이 사용된 각각의 카복신산의 무수물을 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 합성 피레트로이드의 제조방법.
  8. (+)-트랜스-퍼메트린산, 톨루엔 및 황산의 혼합물을 가열.환류시키고, 톨루엔중의 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로벤질 알콜의 혼합물을 가한 후, 전체 배치를 공비적으로 에스테르화시키고, 마지막으로 반응 혼합물을 실온으로 냉각시키고, 과량의 산 및 용매를 제거함을 특징으로하여 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로벤질-(+)-1R-트랜스-2,2-디메틸-3-(2,2-디클로로비닐)-사이클로프로판-카복실레이트를 제조하는 방법.
