Abstract
1. 발명이 속하는 기술분야
부폐탱크 방법에 이용하는 PE재질로 된 정화조의 제조방법에 관한 것임.
2. 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제
부폐탱크 방법에 이용하는 PE재질로 된 정화조의 제조 공정을 간화화하는 것임.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
몸통부(1)의 상하에 상판부(2)와 저판부(3)가 형성되고 그 내부에는 제1격판(4)과 제2격판(5)에 의해 제1실(6)과 제2실(7)과 제3실(8)이 형성되는 정화조를 제조함에 있어서, 몸통부(1)와 저판부(3)를 일체로 성형하기 위해 반통체 형상으로 된 하부금형(31)에 PE벌크(41)를 깔고 그 위에 제1격판(4)과 제격판(5)을 고정한 중간금형(32)을 형합한 후 상기 중간금형(32) 위에 PE벌크(41)를 깔고 상기 하부금형(31)과 대칭형상으로 된 상부금형(33)을 형합하므로서 몸통부(1)와 저판부(3) 및 제1격판(4)과 제2격판(5)을 일체로 결합하고 상기 몸통부(1)상에 별도로 성형한 상판부(2)를 결합한 PE재질로 된 정화조를 제조하는 것임.

부폐탱크식 정화방법에 이용하는 정화조의 제작에 이용함.

Claims (1)
- 몸통부(1)의 상하에 상판부(2)와 저판부(3)가 형성되고 그 내부에는 제1격판(4)과 제2격판(5)에 의해 제1실(6)과 제2실(7)과 제3실(8)이 형성되는 정화조를 제조함에 있어서, 몸통부(1)와 저판부(3)를 일체로 성형하기 위해 반통체 형상으로 된 하부금형(31)에 PE벌크(41)를 깔고 그 위에 제1격판(4)과 제2격판(5)을 고정한 중간금형(32)을 형합한 후 상기 중간금형(32) 위에 PE벌크(41)를 깔고 상기 하부금형(31)과 대칭형상으로 된 상부금형(33)을 형합하므로서 몸통부(1)와 저판부(3) 및 제1격판(4)과 제2격판(5)을 일체로 결합하고 상기 몸통부(1)상에 별도로 성형한 상판부(2)를 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 PE재질로 된 정화조의 제조방법.
