Abstract

본 발명은 축산폐수를 가수분해균, 산생성균과 초산생성균의 배양물과 혼합하여 일차 생분해시키고, 형성된 일차분해상등폐수를 광합성세균이 고정된 생물막에 접촉시켜 이차 생분해시키며, 형성된 이차 분해폐수를 광합성세균과 이의공생균이 혼합된 활성슬러지와 혼합하여 삼차 생분해시킴을 특징으로하여 액상 축산 폐수를 처리하는 방법 및 이를 구현하는 기계시스템에 관한 것이다.

광합성세균을 이용한 축산폐수의 처리방법 및 시스템
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제2도는 본 발명에 따라 한 개의 탱크에 전처리산생성조, 바이오리엑터 및 후처리광합성공생조를 구간별로 나누어 손쉽게 이용할 수 있는 컴팩트 폐수 처리시스템의 정면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 축산폐수를 가수분해균, 산생성균과 초산생성균의 배양물과 혼합하여 일차 생분해시키고, 형성된 일차분해상등폐수를 광합성세균이 고정된 생물막에 접촉시켜 이차 생분해시키며, 형성된 이차분해폐수를 광합성세균과 이의공생균이 혼합된 활성슬러지와 혼합하여 삼차 생분해시킴을 특징으로 하여 액상 축산 폐수를 처리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이차 분해 단계에서의 생물막에 고정된 광합성세균이 아티오로다세 과(Athiorhodaceae)의 로도슈도모나스 속(Rhodopseudomonas) 또는 로도스피릴룸 속(Rhodospirillum)의 균주인 방법.
  3. 축산 폐수를 일차로 생분해하는 가수분해균, 산생성균 및 초산 생성균으로 이루어진 배양물이 함유된 산생성조, 이 산생성조로부터 유입된 상등물을 이차로 생분해하는 광합성세균이 고정된 생물막이 내재된 생물막반응기 및 이 생물막 반응기로부터 유입된 현탁액을 삼차로 생분해하는 광합성균과 이의 공생균이 혼합된 활성슬러지를 함유한 광합성세균공생조로 구성된 축산폐수처리시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 산생성조가 밀폐된 원통형 연속교반 반응기인 시스템.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 광합성세균 고정상 생물막반응기가 고정된 컬럼형의 충진형 반응기인 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 광합성세균이 로도슈도모나스 속 또는 로드스피릴룸 속의 균주인 시스템.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 유입폐수를 0.15m/시간의 선속도로 자체순환시키며 6시간 체류하고 광을 조사하는 광조사 순화조를 갖는 시스템.
