Abstract

차량의 인스트루먼트 패널의 내부에 설치되어 차량의 충돌시 조수석에 승차한 승객의 무릎(knee)을 보호하는 니 볼스터(knee bolster)에 관한 것이며, 특히 니 볼스터를 구성하는 상판을 스트레이트로 설치하고,양쪽 니 볼스터를 컨넥팅 로드를 매개로 서로 연결하여 니 볼스터 강성을 갖도록 하는 차량의 니 볼스터 강성구조를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 타이 바의 전면 양측에 설치되어 무릎을 보호하는 니 볼스터를 컨넥팅 로드로 서로 연결하고, 니 볼스터를 구성하며 하판의 내측 상부에 설치되는 상판을 스트레이트로 연결하여 상기 컨넥팅 로드와 스트레이트로 설치된 상판에 의해 니 볼스터에 강성을 갖도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 프런트 필러와 연결 고정되는 타이 바(10)의 전면 양측에 무릎을 보호할 수 있도록 설치되는 니 볼스터(12)에 있어서; 상기 니 볼스터(12)를 이루는 하판(12a)의 내측 상부에 용접 등의 고정수단으로 설치되는 상판(12c)를 하판(12a)에 대해 스트레이트로 설치하고, 상기 양쪽의 니 볼스터(12)의 상부를 컨넥팅 로드(14)를 매개로 서로 연결하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 니 볼스터 강성 구조.
