Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 사이드 인너 패널 보강구조에 관한 것으로, 상하로 2개의 공간부(3a,3b)가 형성됨과 더불어 센터 필라(1)에 후방 휠 하우스(2)가 일체로 연결되어 중심차체를 이루는 자동차의 사이드 인너 패널에 있어서, 상기 하부 공간부(3b)를 가로지르는 방향으로 배열되면서 센터 필라(1)의 하부와 후방 휠 하우스(2)의 플랜지부위(2a)에 각각 양쪽 선단부가 보울트로 체결되어 사이드 인너 패널의 구조적인 강성을 증대시키는 보강레일(4)이 장착되고, 이 보강레일(4)에 충격흡수패드(5)가 차실 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽 방향에서 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조로 되어, 자동차의 측면 충돌시에 뒷 승객을 보다 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상하로 2개의 공간부(3a,3b)가 형성됨과 더불어 센터 필라(1)에 후방 휠 하우스(2)가 일체로 연결되어 중심차체를 이루는 자동차의 사이드 인너 패널에 있어서, 상기 하부 공간부(3b)를 가로지르는 방향으로 배열되면서 센터 필라(1)의 하부와 후방 휠 하우스(2)의 플랜지부위(2a)에 각각 양쪽 선단부가 보울트로 체결되어 사이드 인너 패널의 구조적인 강성을 증대시키는 보강레일(4)이 장착되고, 이 보강레일(4)에 충격흡수패드(5)가 차실 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽 방향에서 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 사이드 인너 패널 보강구조.
