Abstract

1. 청구 범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야; 자동차의 주차 브레이크 동작 상태 표시 장치.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제; 일반적으로 자동차를 주차시키는 경우에 자동차의 주차 브레이크를 채워놓게 되는데, 운전자가 이 자동차를 운행하기 위해 시동을 건 다음 무의식중에 주차 브레이클 해제시키지 않고 출발하는 경웅가 종종 발생하고 있으며, 종래에는 이를 방지하기 위해 주차 브레이크가 채워져 있는 경우에 계기판의 주차 브레이크 지시등이 점등되도록 구성되어 있으마, 자동차의 게기판에는 여러 가지 지시등이 있기 때문에 세심한 주의를 기울이지 않으면 이를 무시하고 자동차를 출발시키는 일이 발생할 가능성이 많다는 문제점이 있었음.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지; 자동차의 변속레버의 손잡이 부분에 노브를 설치하고 이 노브를 주차 브레이크의 동작 상태에 따라 돌출되도록 하므로써 운전자에게 주차 브레이크의 동작 상태를 표시해줄 수 있는 주차 브레이크 동작상태 표시 장치를 제공하고자 함.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도; 자동차의 주차 브레이크 잠김 상태 경보에 이용됨.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차의 주차 브레이크 동작상태를 표시하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 주차 브레이크의 동작 상태에 따라 주차 브레이크 지시 등을 온/오프 시키기 위한 제1 스위치 수단과, 자동차의 기어 변속을 위한 레버로서 그 손잡이 부분의 내부에 소정의 공간이 형성되어 있고 그 외부로 통하는 소정의 구멍이 형성되어 있는 변속레버 수단과, 상기 변속레버 수단 내부의 공간으로부터 상기소정의 구멍을 통해 외부로 돌출가능하도록 설치된 돌기 수단과, 상기 변속레버 수단 내부의 공간에 설치되어 상기 돌출수단을 상하로 이동시키기 위한 액츄에이터 수단과, 상기 주차 브레이크의 동작 상태에 따라 잠금 및 해제 두가지 모드로 동작하는 제2 스위치 수단 및 전원 공급 수단과 상기 제2 스위치 수단에 연결되어, 상기 제2 스위치 수단의 동작 모드에 따라 전류 방향이 서로 반대가 되도록 상기 액츄에이터 수단에 전원을 공급하기 위한 릴레이 수단을 포함해서 이루어진 주차 브레이크 동작 상태 표시 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스위치 수단과 상기 제2 스위치 수단은 서로 연동되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주차 브레이크 동작 상태 표시장치.
