Abstract

본 발명은 에어 브레이크 장치에서 컴프레서를 통해 공급되는 압축 공기로부터 오일을 일차로 걸러지도록 하므로서 에어 드라이어의 사용수명을 연장시키도록 하는 동시에 오일의 과잉공급으로 에어 통로가 막혀지게 되는 것을 방지토록 하는 브레이크의 오일 세퍼레이트 탱크(Separate Tank)에 대한 것이다.
즉 본 발명은 하우징 일측으로는 컴프레서로부터 압축 공기가 유입되도록 하고, 상부로는 에어 드라이어로 압축 공기가 유출되도록 하되 상기 유출구에는 유입구 하부로 형성되는 분리관이 관설되도록 하며, 하우징 저부로는 드레인 밸브가 형성되도록 세러레이트 탱크를 구성하므로서 압축 공기내의 불순물과 오일을 효과적으로 제거시켜 에어 라인의 각종 장치를 보다 용이하게 보호되도록 하는 동시에 브레이크 작동성과 에어 드라이어의 내구성을 향상시키도록 하는 매우 효율적인 장점이 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하우징 일측으로는 컴프레서로부터 압축 공기가 유입되도록 하고, 상부로는 에어 드라이어로 압축 공기가 유출되도록 하되 상기 유출구에는 유입구 하부로 형성되는 분리관이 관설되도록 하며, 하우징 저부로는 드레인 밸브가 형성되도록 한 구성을 특징으로 하는 에어 브레이크의 오일 세퍼레이트 탱크.
