Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 와셔모터 공회전 방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 와셔모터 장치는 와셔탱크의 세정액이 완전히 소모되어 분사할 세정액이 없는 상태에서도 와셔모터가 작동하게 되어 있게 됨에 따라 와셔모터에 과부하가 작용하여 와셔모터를 소손시킬 문제점이 있었다.
이 본 발명은 와셔액, 즉 세정액의 수위를 감지할 수 있게 하는 레벨 스위치(10)가 와셔탱크(20)에 설치되고, 상기 레벨 스위치(10)는 세정이 완전 소모시에 온상태가 되어 릴레이(70)에 신호를 인가하므로서, 상기 릴레이(70)가 점화 전원으로부터 와셔모터(60)에 공급되는 전원을 차단할 수 있게 구성된다.
이와같이, 본 발명을 이용한 자동차는 와셔탱크의 세정액 수위가 레벨 스위치에 의하여 첵크되어 완전소모시 경고램프와 함께 와셔모터를 제어하게 하므로서, 운전자에게 램프를 통하여 세정액 보충시기를 적시에 통보할 수 있게 되며 와셔모터를 보호할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 와셔 레벨 스위치를 이용한 와셔모터 공회전 방지장치에 있어서, 와셔탱크에 세정액의 수위에 다라 이동되는 마그네트를 설치하고, 상기 마그네트가 세정액의 완전 소모시 레벨 스위치를 "온"상태로 할 수 있게 하며, 상기 레벨 스위치의 "온"상태에 따라 와셔 레벨 경고 램프가 점등되며, 릴레이가 작동하여 와셔모터의 전원공급을 차단하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 와셔레벨 스위치를 이용한 와셔모터 공회전 방지장치.
