Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 안전벨트의 충격흡수장치에 관한 것으로, 버클(14)이 장착되는 장착구(22)내부에 소정의 인장력이 가해질 경우에 파괴되는 걸림편(24)을 길이방향으로 다단계로 형성시켜 충돌사고시 버클(14)의 걸림구(15)후단 양측에 형성된 걸림편(16)이 걸림턱을 차례대로 파괴시키면서 외측으로 밀려나오도록 하므로써 안전벨트(10)가 다단계로 신장되면서 신체에 가해지는 순간적인 압박력을 감소시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차 안전벨트의 충격흡수장치에 있어서, 상기 안전벨트(10)의 일단에 부착된 결합구(12)가 걸리는 버클(14)의 걸림구(15)가 차체(20)에 부착된 장착구(22)의 내부에 끼워져 고정되어지되, 상기 걸림구(15)의 후단에는 양측으로 걸림턱(16)이 형성되고, 장착구(22)의 내부에는 길이 방향으로 양측벽에 상기 걸림턱(16)이 걸리는 걸림편(24)이 다단계로 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 자동차 안전벨트의 충격흡수장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림편(24)은 안전벨트(10)에 소정힘 이상의 인장력이 걸릴 때에만 파괴되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 자동차 안전벨트의 충격 흡장치.
