Abstract

본 발명은 피스톤의 압축링 교체시기를 검출하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 상기엔진의 각 실린더(1)내에 압력측정용 센서(2)가 설치되고, 이 압력측정용 센서(2)는 신호선(5)을 매개로 비교검토부(6)에 연결되며, 이 비교검토부(6)는 차실내의 미터셋내의 경고등(7)과 연결되어서, 피스톤(4)에 장착된 압축링(3)에 손상이 생길경우 이를 운전자에게 적시에 알려 불필요한 연료의 낭비를 막아주면서 엔진의 효율을 높여 줄 수 있게 한 것이다.

피스톤의 압축링 교체시기를 검출하는 장치(A SYSTEM FOR DECTING TO EXHANGE TIMING OF OIL-RING IN PISTON)

제1도는 본 발명에 따라 피스톤의 압축링 교체시기를 검출하기 위해 각 실린더내 압력을 검출하여 비교하는 장치의 구성상태를 나타낸 블럭도이고,
제2도는 본 발명에 따라 실린더내에 압력센서가 장착된 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 외주면에 다수개의 압축링을 장착한 피스톤이 실린더내에서 상/하방향으로 왕복운동을 하도록 된 자동차의 엔진에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 각 실린더(1)내의 소정위치에 압력측정용 센서(2)가 압축링(3)을 외주면에 장착한 피스톤(4)의 상부쪽에 설치되고, 이 압력측정용 센서(2)는 신호선(5)을 매개로 비교검토부(6)에 연결되면서 이 비교검토부(6)는 차실내의 미터셋내의 경고등(7)과 연결되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피슨톤의 압축링 교체시기를 검출하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 각 실린더(1)내에 장착된 압력측정용 센서(2)는, 실린더(1)내에서 피스톤(4)이 동일한 시점에서 상승되는 실린더(1)별로 구분해서 신호선(5)을 매개로 비교검토부(6)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤의 압축링 교체시기를 검출하는 장치.
