Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 시트(Seat)의 쿨링(Cooling)장치에 관한 것으로써, 좀더 구체적으로 에어컨의 구동에 따라 발생되는 차거운 냉기를 이용하여 시트를 차겁게 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이를 위해, 증발기(4)와 콤프레셔(1) 사이의 냉매라인(6)에 설치된 냉각수 탱크(7)와, 시트(8)에 내장되어 냉각수 탱크에서 차거워진 냉각수(10)가 통과되는 냉각수 팩(9)과, 상기 냉각수 탱크와 냉각수 팩사이에 냉각수가 순환되도록 연결된 냉각수 유입관(11) 및 토출관(12)과, 상기 냉각수 유입관상에 설치되어 냉각수 탱크내의 차거운 냉각수를 냉각수 팩측으로 공급하는 펌핑수단과, 상기 냉각수 유입관(11)측의 통로에 설치되어 냉각수 팩(9)의 온도에 따라 냉각수 유입관(11)을 개폐하는 개폐수단과, 상기 냉각수 토출관(12)측에 설치되어 토출되는 냉각수의 온도를 감지하여 펌핑수단 및 개폐수단의 동작을 제어하는 제어수단과, 상기 제어수단의 제어에 의해 펌핑수단 및 개폐수단으로 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급수단을 포함하여 구성된 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 증발기와 콤프레셔 사이의 냉매라인에 설치된 냉각수 탱크와, 시트에 내장되어 냉각수 탱크에서 차거워진 냉각수가 통과되는 냉각수 팩과, 상기 냉각수 탱크와 냉각수 팩사이에 냉각수가 순환되도록 연결된 냉각수 유입관 및 냉각수 토출관과, 상기 냉각수 유입관상에 설치되어 냉각수 탱크내의 차거운 냉각수를 냉각수 팩측으로 공급하는 펌핑수단과, 상기 냉각수 유입관측의 통로에 설치되어 냉각수 팩의 온도에 따라 냉각수 유입관을 개폐하는 개폐수단과, 상기 냉각수 토출관측에 설치되어 토출되는 냉각수의 온도를 감지하여 펌핑수단 및 개폐수단의 동작을 제어하는 제어수단과, 상기 제어수단의 제어에 의해 펌핑수단 및 개폐수단으로 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급수단을 포함하여 구성된 자동차용 시트의 쿨링장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각수 팩을 쿠션에만 설치함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 쿨링장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각수 팩을 쿠션과 등받이에 일체로 설치함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 쿨링장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각수 유입관에 설치되는 펌핑수단을 워터펌프로 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 쿨링장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각수 유입관에 설치되는 개폐수단을 플런저가 탄성부재에 의해 탄력설치되는 솔레노이드 밸브로 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 쿨링장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각수 토출관에 설치되는 제어수단이 고정접점이 설치된 하우징과, 상기 고정접점의 사이에 위치되는 가동접점을 갖는 벨로우즈로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 쿨링장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전원 공급수단은 자동차에 탑재되는 밧데리로 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 쿨링장치.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밧데리의 전원이 제어수단의 감지에 따라 펌핑수단과 제어수단으로 동시에 공급되거나, 차단되도록 전선의 일단을 일측의 고정접점과 연결하고 다른 일측의 고정접점에는 펌핑수단과 제어수단에 병렬로 연결되는 전선을 연결함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 쿨링장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각수 탱크내에 위치된 냉매라인을 코일형상으로 권회하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트의 쿨링장치.
