Abstract
드로틀 밸브의 개도각을 감지한 뒤에 이를 전기적인 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 드로틀 포지션 센서(10)와, 브레이크 페달이 밟히는 경우에 온되어 브레이크 스위치(20)와, 차속을 감지한 뒤에 이를 전기적인 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 차속센서(30)와, 변속단의 위치를 감지한 뒤에 이를 전기적인 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 변속레버(40)와, 상기한 드로틀 포지션 센서와 브레이크 스위치와 차속센서와 변속레버로부터 입력되는 신호를 읽어들여 차량이 정상적으로 주행되지 않는 경우에 이를 감지하여 고장표시를 함과 동시에, 1단증속변속을 하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 마이크로 컨트롤러(50)와, 상기한 마이크로 컨트롤러로부터 입력되는 제어신호에 따라 변속을 하는 변속 제어부(60)와, 상기한 마이크로 컨트롤러로부터 입력되는 제어신호에 따라 고장을 표시하는 고장 표시부(70)를 포함하여 이루어지며, 차량의 속도가 정상적으로 상승되지 않는 페일이 발생되는 경우에 이를 감지하여 경고 표시함과 동시에 차량의 속력을 1속 증가시킴으로써 차량이 주행가능하도록 하는 효과를 가진 자동 변속차량의 페일 세이프 제어장치 및 그 방법을 제공한다.The throttle position sensor 10 detects the opening angle of the throttle valve and converts it into an electrical signal, and outputs the throttle position sensor 10 and the brake switch 20 when the brake pedal is stepped on, and then detects the vehicle speed.
