Abstract

본 발명은 도어의 도어트림과 내측패널사이에 제공하는 개선된 시일트림에 관한 것으로서, 시일트림의 주변을 따라 제 위치에 위치되는 클립장착구(20)를 완전천공하여 분리시키지 않고 상호교차하는 2개의 절취부(22,24)로 절취하여 다수의 장입부(28)를 형성하고 상기 장입부(28)가 클립 장착시 클립의 관통부의 원형외측변에 장입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명을 채용하면, 내측패널과 클립사이의 캡이 완전시일되어 먼지 또는 물이 완전 차단될 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 방수 및 방진을 위해 자동차 도어의 내측패널과 도어트림사이에 부착되는 시일트림에 있어서, 시일트림의 주변을 따라 제 위치에 위치되는 클립장착구(20)를 완전천공하여 분리시키지 않고 상호교차하는 2개의 절취부(22,24)로 절취하여 다수의 장입부(28)를 형성하고 상기 장입부(28)가 클립장착시 클립의 관통부의 원형외측변에 장입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 시일트림(10).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장착구(20)의 최외측둘레를 따라 원형압축부(26)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일트림(10).
