Abstract

도어(D)를 바디(B)에 설치할 때 도어 힌지(50)를 수직 방향으로 설치하게 되면 측면 충돌이 발생되면서 도어(D)가 도어 힌지(50)를 당겨 필러(P)와 분리시킴과 아울러 실내로 침입하게 됨을 개선하기 위하여, 필러(P)의 내측부분으로 충돌 발생시 도어(D)가실내로 밀리지 않도록 함과 아울러 도어(D)의 힌지 역할을 직립된 상태에서 하도록 구성된 수평 힌지 수단을 도어(D)와 실 사이드(S)의 사이에 설치하여 구성함으로써 측면 충돌흡수 능력을 향상시키게 된다.

제2도는 제1도에서 수평 힌지 수단을 도시한 분해 사시도.

제4도는 일반적인 자동차용 도어 힌지의 장착 상태를 도시한 개략 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 필러(P)의 내측 부분으로 충돌 발생시 도어(D)가 실내로 밀리지 않도록 함과 아울러 도어(D)의 힌지 역할을 직립된 상태에서 하도록 구성된 수평 힌지 수단을 도어(D)와 실 사이드(S)의 사이에 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 장착 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 수평 힌지 수단은 도어(D)의 저면이 되는 바디의 아우터 실사이드(S)에 설치됨과 아울러 도어(D)의 측단에서 일정 거리 이격된 힌지붕(1)과, 상기한 힌지봉(1)이 삽입되도록 도어(D)의 하단에 형성된 삽입공(2)으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 장착 구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 힌지봉(1)과 삽입공(2)의 사이에 수지재인 부시(3)를 삽입하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 장치 구조.
